I walked around the house in awe, like a contestant on Big Brother scanning each room waiting to pounce on a bed. There were two rooms on the bottom floor, but I raced passed them and made my way up the stairs. I popped my head into each room, and then I saw it. I used to think that renting a villa or vacation home was way out of my budget. I never dreamed I would be walking into an eight-bedroom vacation home with my room and choice of one of 5 bathrooms. In addition to sharing a home with my travel companions, we also had access to a lavish clubhouse complete with even more all-inclusive resort style amenities!
The Global Resort Home subdivisions are located very close to Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando, Seaworld and the Premium Outlet Malls. An Orlando vacation home rental is connecting you to everything you want to do on your visit to Kissimmee Florida. I had no idea this was even possible.
Global Resort Homes have a number resort communities to choose from Champions Gate Resort, Windsor Hills Resort, Paradise Palms Resort, Windsor Palms Resort, Reunion Resort, Solterra Resort and Oakwater Resort. The homes in these resorts all have their communities filled with amenities and a resort clubhouse.
Champions Gate Resort, Kissimmee Florida
Our home was located in Champions Gate which featured a massive Oasis clubhouse complete with a large pool, water slides, lazy river, splash park, fitness centre, move theatre and a bar and restaurant. Like visiting an all-inclusive resort where you can rent out a private cabana (with air-conditioning) for the day, but it is all just steps from your vacation home which has it’s own private screened pool. Champions Gate’s clubhouse also features a tiki bar and restaurant and an 18 hole golf course.
These vacation home rentals include 4, 5, 6, 7 and eight bedroom homes which are fully furnished and each has its custom decor, fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer and of course free wi-fi.
Our Global Resort 8 Bedroom Vacation Home
After we all selected our rooms in our house, we settled down and discovered it room by room. We had eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, our pool, a premium kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and a fabulous living/dining room.
The home was entirely set up for us like we were on a home and garden TV shows seeing our newly designed home for the first time post-renovation.
Outside, we had a covered patio with lounge chairs and a screened pool to keep the bugs out.

Hire a Chef of Your Own to Come and Cook for You!
If you have a long day planned and can’t fathom coming back to your vacation home to cook dinner, then Chef Linda from A Chef of Your Own would be happy to enter the house during the afternoon and get everything set up for you!
Our Global Resort Home had an electronic door lock, so it was super easy to arrange. We were out exploring all day long and came home to her cooking away in the kitchen. We had time to clean up, enjoy some wine and appetizers as she finalized our dinner for us. Chef Linda prepared a healthy delicious meal right there in our vacation home.
Vacation Home Rentals in Kissimmee Florida are very Affordable
Imagine splitting an eight-bedroom vacation home between 8 friends at a rate of $443 per night – $600 per night depending on the time of year. Even at its high price of $600, that’s $75/person/night. The best part is this home sleeps 16 – so you can cut down the cost even further the more people you share the home with.
If you have a smaller group to travel with, then you can always book a four-bedroom home with prices ranging from $277 – $350 per night. Go to the website search through the property listing at the various resort communities and find the one that fits your budget and location needs.
Planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort or the Kissimmee area has a whole new meaning to me know that I’m aware of these fantastic resort homes and the ease of booking them. I can’t wait for my next trip to Kissimmee!
